Poker is a card game where players compete to earn money by winning poker hands. There are several variants, but most are played with two to seven players.<\/p>\n
The game begins with a shuffle of a deck and an initial deal to each player, one card facedown and one card faceup. A betting interval may be required before the next deal, followed by a showdown in which the hole cards are shown and a winner is determined.<\/p>\n

There are also different poker hand combinations based on the suit and number of cards in your hand. Three of a kind is the highest-ranking combination, and two pairs are the second-highest.<\/p>\n
